As an early member of the tech start-up Sven Global, launched in December 2022, I was a Junior Growth Hacker responsible for a multitude of key initiatives to help the company thrive in its nascent stages. Central to my role was developing and implementing growth strategies aimed at bolstering user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Through data-driven insights, I was able to strategically enhance various aspects of the user experience. My collaborative approach allowed me to work closely with product and engineering teams to roll outgrowth initiatives, which included innovative A/B testing, SEO optimisation, and content marketing strategies.

Given the fast-paced and competitive nature of the tech industry, I regularly conducted competitive analysis and market research. This enabled me to identify unique growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. To track the effectiveness of our strategies, I used digital tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, giving us actionable insights on campaign performance.

My responsibilities at Sven Global extended beyond growth strategies. I also played a pivotal role in improving the company's social media strategy, ensuring our brand resonated with our target demographic and amplified our reach. I managed our email marketing campaigns, with a focus on enhancing open and conversion rates, which significantly contributed to our user base growth.

Additionally, I assisted in the creation of optimised landing pages to improve user engagement and SEO performance. This multi-faceted approach not only increased our visibility in search engine results but also resulted in an enhanced user experience and increased conversion rates.
